15.6.2028, Godric’s Hollow
Lily Luna Potter had just come home from her last year of school and she felt a bit sad. It was nice to be back at home and start the healer training but she still missed Hogwarts.
“Hey Lils”, she heard her brother saying from the door.
“Hey Jamie”, Lily whispered quietly.
”What’s wrong?” James asked, sounding very concerned.
Lily looked at her brother and wondered if she could tell him about this without him freaking out.
“It’s Michael...” she said quietly.
“What did he do?” James asked angrily and Lily sighed.
“Don’t freak out please”, she pleaded, taking James’ hand on her own.
When James didn’t answer, Lily sighed and said: “He cheated on me.”
“What the fuck? I’ll kill him!” James roared loudly, making Lily wince.
“James...” she whispered brokenly a few tears falling down her cheeks.
After seeing his sister’s face, James immediately calmed down and sat next to her. He wiped the tears away from Lily’s cheeks and kissed her forehead.
“Just hug me please”, Lily mumbled and leaned on James’ chest.
James held his sister tightly against his chest and caressed her hair. He hated seeing Lily so upset just because of a boy.
He swore to make his sister smile again.
